Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what you type into our contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and the message or request you send. The site does not use advertising cookies, and we do not ask you to create an account. See "Website statistics" below.
How we use it
We use what you send only to answer you and to carry out your request, such as a billing question, a problem report, or an open records request. City staff who sign in to the site can see it. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers. Messages that are open records requests may be public records under Missouri law.
Website statistics
We may count visits to this site (which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use) so we can see what is useful. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and/or Google Analytics, which does use cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy. These statistics are not tied to your name. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which stores the data and may check forms for spam. Online utility payments are handled by the city's payment provider on its own secure site, not by this website. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to its handling.
How long we keep it
We clear out old messages about every two years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by calling or emailing the address above.
Accuracy
We work to keep meeting dates, hours and documents current, but they can change. Please call City Hall to confirm. Documents on this site are provided for convenience; the official record is kept at City Hall.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
